HOTEL
The Room Block at the Kona Kai Resort is closing on July 24 and is almost sold out! We were sold out for Monday night, but were able to pick up a few additional rooms -- but the hotel is now requiring a minimum stay of three nights (which most are doing anyway).
Below is information on additional hotels on the island for those who still need rooms but don’t want to do the 3 night minimum.

Please ship all items no more than 2 days before the event date unless otherwise arranged through Hotel. If the event is on Saturday thru Monday, it is okay to receive ship items by Thursday or Friday. When shipping items, please include the following information on the items:
